Redbus Cheating Public

Dear All,

   I had registered a ticket from Tirupati to Hyderabad, on May 4, 2015, two tickets, bearing ticket number  TH6297873949. and I sent a cancellation mail at May 4, 2015, 9:41 Pm, asking them to cancel the tickets, they sent me a reference number of the cancellation, please find the below mail.

Dear Abhijeet Mishra
Thank you for writing to redBus. We are currently working on your request and will respond to you at the earliest.
Your reference number is 101574306
(Our office hours are between 9am – 10pm) Thank you 
redBus Support team

The representative was not able to cancel the ticket and I got a call the next day from the travels agent to come and board the bus which was absurd.

I have called redbus several times and they are not responding to my request. I had to escalate the call and the call landed to the manager named "Gayatri" in pune! and she assured me that i will get my money back, but i have not got any mail and not even any refund!

I have recorded the calls with them and I can upload the same if redbus does not refund the amount...!
